Controlled-access applications
The CERES architecture designed for healthcare and public settings with controlled access.
Same base, more requirements
HEALTH / PUBLIC explores controlled-access and custody settings. Load, storage conditions, traceability and responsibilities must be defined with each organisation. It does not imply authorisation for healthcare use.
Product in development
The architecture and its possible applications are in the development and validation phase. Each installation and operation would require a specific technical and regulatory study.
Reception, custody and access.
The system is designed to manage the parcel from an entry point until its identified collection.
Reception
A node receives the parcel via the planned ground route or, if validated, via an additional aerial interface.
Custody
The design aims to protect the parcel and record its status until it is requested.
Transfer
The architecture is designed to move the parcel between levels according to the building's layout.
Delivery / collection
Identified access for residents or couriers, subject to the final pilot design.
Critical logistics, same base.
The product documentation sets out this future application with additional requirements.
Load and storage conditions
No cold chain or special conditions are assumed: they are defined case by case.
Custody and access
Identified traceability and control, to be verified with each facility.
Responsibilities
Define operation, security and framework of use with the relevant organisation.
What you should know.
Is the system installed and operating?
No. CERES Infrastructure is a product in development and requires physical, site-specific validation.
Do you need a drone to use it?
The architecture is designed around a ground route. Aerial entry would be an addition where technically and legally viable.
Can we assess a specific building?
Yes. The first phase consists of reviewing the building, the intended use and the integration conditions.
